Our Story
CardioBaseline Insights was born from a simple frustration: why is it so hard to track, understand, and share the heart-health data that matters most?
It started with a family experience. A loved one recovering from a cardiac event was handed a notebook and told to “write everything down.” Blood pressure in the morning, heart rate after exercise, weight every week, steps every day. Within a month the notebook was a mess of scribbled numbers, and the next clinic visit turned into 15 minutes of squinting at handwriting instead of talking about what really mattered.
We knew there had to be a better way. Not another generic fitness app, but a purpose-built platform for cardiovascular wellness\u2014one that turns raw readings into a clear longitudinal picture, establishes personal baselines, and empowers patients and clinicians to have better conversations grounded in real data.
That conviction became CardioBaseline Insights: a heart-health monitoring platform designed for the people who need it most\u2014patients managing chronic conditions, post-event rehab patients rebuilding confidence, caregivers watching from afar, and the clinical teams coordinating care.
